    Want to spend your summer helping out at the library and earning community service hours? Join the Summer Volunteers 2026 program!

    Choose your schedule to volunteer with us at least once a week for a 4 hour shift. Duties will include but not be limited to: picking up toys, cleaning toys, creating crafts, helping with story time, shelving books, organizing bookshelves, shelf reading, helping with activities, and much more.

    This program is only available for teens who will be in high school (9th-12th grades) during Fall 2026.

  • Storyscapes: Toy Photography Workshops Registration

    For teens in 5th-12th grades.

    Do you like photography, or are you interested in learning more about it? Do you have a favorite book and telling stories? Then try out Storyscapes: Toy Photography Workshop!

    Join us on Wednesdays this Summer from 3:30-5:30 p.m. starting June 3rd and ending July 22nd to tell your favorite book/story through toy photography. Create scenes and backgrounds, position your chosen toys, take your pictures, and make edits as needed. Learn from guest speakers experienced in photography, too. Stay in the program until the end, and you’ll be able to display your work!
