Reserve a Meeting Room

The following are available for rent at the Laredo Public Libraries: H.E.B. Multi-Purpose Meeting Room, Meeting Rooms, Computer Lab and Classrooms. Rooms are available for non-profit and profit making organizations and may not be used for social, religious, political or commercial purposes. A non-profit organization must be a 501(c)(3) as defined by the IRS. A copy of the organization's current current IRS 501(c)(3) status letter must accompany all applications. Profit-making organizations may use rooms for meetings or staff training sessions. Sales, distribution or promotion of merchandise for sale is not allowed. Individual profit-making organizations will be approved to use rooms no more than quarterly.

Rooms must be reserved and paid two weeks or more in advance, but reserved no more than three months from the date of the meeting.

All equipment requested must be charged to the organization and must be paid along with room use fee. Organizations may bring their own equipment.

Food and beverages (no red dye) are allowed in the Multipurpose Room only. No food or beverages are allowed in any of the classrooms.

Organizations requesting the reservation of a room may fill out the form below. A representative of the Laredo Public Library will be in contact in order to confirm the request.

Payments may be made by check or money order.
